Can I collect items?

No. We are an exclusively online retailer.

 

Can I use more than one discount come?

I'm sorry but only one discount code may be applied at the checkout. 

 

What happens if an item is out of stock after I order?

In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will reach out to you within 24 hours to advise of an ETA. You may choose to wait for the product to come into stock or request a full refund.

 

Do you have a store that I can visit?

We are an online only retailer and do not have a physical store. Reach out if you have any queries about our products. We may have additional images or videos to help with showcasing the item. 

 

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and ensure you note any damages or missing items. Please notify us of any faulty or damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of the goods via email at info@aussiecampgear.com.au 

Please provide photos indicating the damage to the item as well as a description of the damage. Once we receive this information, we will aim to resolve the issue ASAP.

 

How long does it take to dispatch to my order?

Estimated dispatch timeframes depend on the individual Supplier and will usually be 1-5 working days after payment has been received. Our Suppliers cannot guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times. However, we will do our best to communicate with you via email should any unforeseen circumstances arise. 

 

Note: Delivery timeframes start after payment has been received and the item has been dispatched from the Supplier’s warehouse.

 

What if my customer provides an undeliverable postcode?

Our Suppliers do their best to offer Australia-wide shipping. However, there are still some postcodes in remote areas that are undeliverable for some products. If your customer provides an undeliverable postcode, the order will be cancelled and refunded automatically via email. If you have further questions about delivering an item to an undeliverable postcode, please contact us at info@aussiecampgear.com.au for more information.

 

What do I do if my  package arrives damaged?

In the case of missing or damaged packages please contact us immediately at info@aussiecampgear.com.au

 

What if I provide the wrong postage address?

Once we’ve received an order, the order details cannot be changed. You can cancel the order and resubmit the order with the correct address. However, please note that this may result in additional charges to the order. To avoid these charges, we encourage our customers to double-check the accuracy of their shipping address before placing an order.
